The 2M Group of Companies has been crowned with a King’s Award for Enterprise for our excellence in international trade, marking the second time we have been honoured with this award.
The Award programme, now in its 58th year, is the most distinguished business awards in the UK, with the 2M Group of Companies able to use the esteemed King’s Awards Emblem.
On Tuesday 9th July, Dr Maggie Kessler OBE attended the King’s Award ceremony at Windsor Castle, and had the opportunity to meet and speak with His Majesty King Charles III.
The award will be delivered to 2M House in Runcorn by the Lord Lieutenant of Cheshire, Lady Redmond, on 16th October 2024.
“We are proud and grateful to receive such esteemed recognition from His Majesty. This award is a celebration of our accomplishments and serves as a catalyst for us to keep advancing the frontiers of innovation and sustainability within the chemical industry. A heartfelt thank you to our committed team, whose dedication and pursuit of excellence have made this achievement possible.”

“We are excited about the future as we continue to innovate and expand our reach. This award is a wonderful testament to the importance of UK export and of the contributions to global trade which the chemical industry makes every day. I would like to thank our business partners across the chemical industry for their long-term support. I would like to acknowledge the fantastic support of our contacts at the Department for Business and Trade (DBT). Their knowledge and insight is invaluable. Last but not least, I want to thank the dedicated team we have across 2M Group.”
